The first client xer programme that I import into a fresh standalone database will include the activity code assignments. However, when I import further updated xer files, the activity code assignments are not imported.
Would be grateful if anyone is aware of this issue or has a solution.

No variance column to compare in Current File Actual finish to Baseline finish - isn't that the most important item? - Am I wrong, I could in P3, it seems crazy that P3 was/is better in many ways....
I've created a new project in P6 Version 20, and the performance % complete doesn't match the activity % complete.
Is there a setting I need to change to make sure these two columns show the same data?

We all know we can get P6 to open by using notepad to change the version number, but what if anything is lost? for example: ver 19.3 to 16.1 - what is lost if anything?

Please note:
1. There are no hard Constraints
2. No 'Must Finish By' on the project date
3. No external relationships
As you can see below, the on the 'Project Start' activity the 'Late Finish' is earlier than the 'Early Start'. (DD is July-22).
Any help would be appreciated!

I date vs duration complications I cannot figure out. I assume it is from the contractors's calendar. I am going to import others to see. But also, will all time be calculated correctly if I put the hours per time period at 8dy 40 wk 172 mo, 2000 a year. It is odd p6 makes you do this because each month is a different amoun 30/31 dys month etc. Is there a source as to a good basic setting for 5 dy wk , 6dy wk, 7dy wk.
I have just started to learn P6. Recently I wrote a small programme in P6 and linked it. Suddenly programme chronological order changed from back to front (last activity on top then earliest activity to bottom) Has anyone got any idea why this happened please. Any help well appreciated
