• Supported the planning, development, management, and oversight of $500MM development budget including annual budgets of $100MM and with contractors with budgets of $50MM and staffing of over 200 individuals

• Conducted analysis and reports to support project management decision making, cash flows for corporate finance, dashboards for executive management, and ad-hoc reports as required

• Consolidated and verified cost information from activities conducted by internal and external groups/vendors to report on total incurred costs and forecasts including variance analysis on all project activities

• Developed and implemented change management procedure for the project

• Supported business development cost estimating, financial modeling, cash flows development, scheduling/planning, conduction scenario analysis
