He has worked at the Project Management Office (PMO) since its foundation, in which he also played a key role. This PMO is a corporate entity that works in all projects of this Organization and has the mission of transforming Project Management through Cost Engineering and BIM, to make better decisions, based on the involvement of three key elements (people, processes and systems).

• Provided leadership on all scope, cost. time, and physical progress control and reporting for the Turnaround/Projects (Sundance Units #1, #3, & #6; Wabamun Unit #4; Keephills Unit #2) including estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control standards.
• Participation, development, and review of GT891/C Inspection schedule with stakeholders both on-site (i.e. Sarnia) and via tele-conferencing.

Project Controls Specialist

• Responsible for control of $300M in engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction on Suncor's Voyageur Project.
• Reviewed contractor schedule submissions, cost reports, highlight variances and assisted in presenting mitigating actions.
• Developed and cultivated new relationships with Suncor and its clients by working within various office locations both in Alberta and Southern Ontario.

ZapSib-2 Project represents a major expansion of the existing SIBUR facility and consists of an integrated Ethylene, Polyethylene and Polypropylene Production Complex. Total capital cost of US$ 9.5 billion.
Recruited during the construction phase of the Polyethylene plant (four polyethylene production units with a production capacity of 1.5 million tpy) to provide project controls consultancy to SIBUR, which involves the production of schedules, baselines and other related materials.

• Prepared detailed monthly report for project stakeholders identified project progress by work breakdown structure, identified and explained cost variances to budget and estimate.

•Tracked commitments and value of work done on project vs forecast and budget.

•Developed risk methodology, maintained risk register and managed mitigating strategies.

•Developed and maintained project schedule.

•Prepared monthly project man hour reports.

•Responsible for all contractor claims verification.

•Reviewed and approved invoices.

•Performed cost and schedule analysis on multiple capital projects.

•Prepared cost reporting, progress measurement, change management reports, accruals and forecasts on a monthly basis for project stakeholders

•Prepared and presented annual capital budget to Senior leadership.

•Performed detailed variance analysis for cost & schedule on a monthly basis for Sr. Management.

•Assisted Project Managers and EP contractors in preparation of cost estimate, work breakdown structures and cost breakdown structures.

From november 2016 to this date I´ve been working as a project controls specialist for Voltrak, in the construction of a BMW Plant in Mexico.
