South Sacramento Phase 2 Light Rail Extension Support ($270 million dollar project):

Cost Manager:

  • Producie Estimate at Completion Reports weekly sorted by Project Phase and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) required SCC Codes.
  • Produce Monthly Cost Reports that are provided to FTA Project Management Oversight Consultants.
  • Design and maintain Budget Change Database.
  • Produce detailed labor reports including trend analysis.
  • Produce Project and Contract Contingency Reports with Trends.
  • Design and maintain databases with all actual costs.
  • Work closely with Grants Staff and Consultants.
  • Manage the Project Budget in SAP.

Schedule Support:

  • Review and comment on Contractor schedules.
    •     Aerial Structures $17 million contract
    •     SASD Pump Relocation $1 million contract
    •     Light Rail Construction $89 million dollar contract
  • Maintain the Master Project Schedule

Planning:

  • Develop the Project Work Breakdown Structure.
