• Compiled Field Installation Work Packages (FIWPs) that included scope of work, latest revision engineering drawings and documents, scheduling, and all pertaining safety and quality information in order to optimize construction execution through enhanced preparation and detailed planning
• Using superintendent input and field feedback, developed a standardized template from which all FIWPs could be developed
• Assisted with the planning and development of projects including - preparation of execution plans, work sequencing, budget estimates and level 6 schedules

Implement an integrated system of project controls and dashboard reporting system to manage the $1.6 billion-dollar program to construct the new Midfield Satellite Concourse North at LAX. Provide oversight and management to the estimating, cost, scheduling, and document control professionals supporting the program.
