Ras Tanura Refinery Upgrading - Pkg 2 as Project Planner/Scheduler, responsible for developing detailed construction master schedule, miscellaneous schedules (14 & 90 days lookahead, contingency/recovery plan, interdependency schedule, detailed specific & tie-in schedules). Evaluate subcontractors’ schedules, scheduled progress & revenue income, project budget, progress reporting, correspondence on schedule, manpower profiles and construction equipment schedules, project specific equipment & bulk material requirement schedules.

Directly reporting to Area Construction Manager. Perform tasks related to the collection and evaluation of data required to monitor construction schedules. Apply the principle and techniques of resource monitoring to specific tasks. Primary responsibilities are as follows:



•     Develops, drafts and computerizes construction network schedule for assigned area of work coordinating with on-plot/off-plot area schedulers.

Responsible for preparation of Miscellaneous Detailed Construction Schedule & Maintenance of Master Schedule & reporting for Jubail United Petrochemical Company (UNITED), United Olefins Complex Project – EOEG Unit.

Directly reporting to Project Manager. Review Contractors P3 Schedule, Progress Reports and Monthly Progress Billing. Prepare Weekly Management Review Report and miscellaneous reports, prepare miscellaneous detailed P3 schedule required by client. Attend to Management Review meeting and Weekly Construction meeting with the Contractor. Liaise between Contractor and other project Contractor on interface issues. Highlight to management all key concerns issues as and when they arise and any conceivable future concerns or constraints and advise/discuss mitigation plans.

Leading the Project Controls Department for Upgrade Waste Water Treatment Facilities, Ras Tanura & Ju’aymah Project in Saudi Arabia. Prepared Detailed Project EPC Schedule and all reporting formats required by client. Coordinate, verify, monitor and control work assignments of all Planners for Planned versus Actual status of any WIP, to ensure timely and quality execution of their work.

Leading tenders including planning of tender period and of works within tender proposal, project management documentation, activity schedules and cost estimates for contract bids including a £10M waste retrieval, processing/packaging and waste consignment tender.
