Underwater Operations Group



•Developing and maintaining the integrated Schedule for UOG Subsea activities.

•Development of the detailed level 4 schedules, including obtaining interface information (key dates, vessels availability, programme durations etc) from other groups.

•Overseeing the progress monitoring and reporting function and supplying weekly progress reports, monthly reports, weekly dashboards, etc.

•Providing input and attendance at the Underwater Operations risk sessions.

BP, Marine Operations Group



•Developing and maintaining the integrated Master Schedule for the Marine Operations Group.

•Responsible for overseeing development of the detailed level 4 schedules for Marine and Underwater Operations.

•Responsible for liaising with other AzSPU groups to ensure interfaces are managed and the latest information is incorporated into the overall Marine Operations Group schedule (drilling, marine, Major Projects, etc).

•To organise, manage and be responsible for the Offshore planning activities. To implement Project standards and procedures for Offshore planning effort

•To provide a full planning, work management and analysis of Offshore activities.

•To ensure plans are tracked and reported. Highlighting and offering solutions to problems.

•Be pro-active in all matters relating to Cost, Planning and Risk Analysis.

•Maintain all plans in readiness for monthly reporting.

BP / AIOC, AzSPU Major Projects

Marine - Transport & Installation



•To provide planning and scheduling support to the T & I installation team

•To cover for Marine Planning Manager in his absence

•To assist with all Marine Group planning activities including planning, presentations etc.

•To monitor Saipem planning outputs, and ensure they meet AIOC project requirements

•To review Saipem progress reports, and ensure that they accurately reflect project status

•To assist and support Saipem in meeting fully all AIOC project objectives.

Programme Management : manage, supervise and mentor the provision of project control support for a £300m portfolio of work and major programmes. Provide management reports for Region 1-4 Portfolio/Programme/Project Accountability Meetings. Implement financial control, manage fund sanction allocation, change control and risk mitigation correlation. Communicate Implementation Programme performance to senior management, using Key Milestones, Schedule Adherence, Financial Performance against baseline, Earned Value Management, Whole Life Project Cost and reconciliation and stakeholder management.
