Leading the Project Controls Department for Upgrade Waste Water Treatment Facilities, Ras Tanura & Ju’aymah Project in Saudi Arabia. Prepared Detailed Project EPC Schedule and all reporting formats required by client. Coordinate, verify, monitor and control work assignments of all Planners for Planned versus Actual status of any WIP, to ensure timely and quality execution of their work.
Inter-act constantly with the site Project Manager and Construction Manager and provide hands-on assistance and support to keep the project schedule up to date and for clearing and obtaining Client’s Approvals of Completed Work Volumes for Invoicing.
Responsible for the accurate and practical planning of project execution including Work Volume, Resources, Manhours, Drawings/ISO Schedules and material Delivery Schedules.
