Completion of £4m of security enhancements including Counter Terrorism Measures (CTM) to five gates to the Aldermaston site. Responsibilities included the management of projects from conception and requirements capture through to implementation including seeking sanctioning for funding. In addition I am also a Portfolio Manager and mentor the Project Manger within my portfolio. Responsibilities in addition to Project Management include, engineering and project change control processes, contractor and supplier procurement strategies, and risk management.
