Questions & answers for Primavera software
Hello everyone.
I am having a recurring problem with my P3. It keeps coming up with the error message "Problem opening project file ####REL.P3, reason #88"
Has anyone had this problem before or does anyone know how to fix it? I've tried restarting my machine and it still comes up.

I just want to have feedbacks from you guys regarding my programme (using P3, Water Pipeline Project). I have no one to consult to. Surely i'll appreciate your feedbacks greatly. I am not sure what are my mistakes, improvement and suggestions regarding my programme. thanks thanks.
Note: I am not sure also of my critical path as it shows only those activity that are latter part of the project????? (since other major activities are shown in earlier part)

Just want to seek any advice/solution on my problem regarding Budgeted Cost in P3.
I got a cost loaded program. It has Budgeted Costs however, when i checked the Data for Resources, I noticed that the Price/Unit for each Resource is 0. This is very odd because there is total cost for each activity but the price/unit of any resources it has is 0. This Budgeted Cost which I have displayed is not a Custom Data, as I checked.
Any same experience I am having? Please advise.

Some help please...
I have no idea why I can't copy a project in my P3. The error always says "Invalid Project Name". No project Group and Project name is 4 characters. So, what i used to do is to copy the folder containing the project and rename it just to copy the project.
Any sort of advice & solutions...

If the project is devided on two sections,
section 1--> finish milestone 1
section 2--> finish milestone 2
(finish milestone 1) greather than (finish milestone 2)
Actualy the TF of FM2 =Finish(FM1)-Finish(FM2)
I there any way to show critical paths dependent to FM1 & FM2?

How to format the critical bar? For example, like bellow, the size of the critical bar is thinner than the early bar. 
How can I convert/export a Primavera P6 project into a Suretrack native file (.stx or .prx) file.
I have tried exporting the file to a P3 but I get several individual files (6-8 files) my client doesn't want serveal .xer files but just one sole .stx or .prx file. Unfortunately, I am not provided with this option and would like to see if any of you can provide me with any help.
We have the latest version which is P6 primavera.

I need to make the forecast cost histogramme for the schedule, but I am not sure how?
So, I have to make the update on the % progress cost (Actual Cost/Budgeted Cost Quantities) and P3 generate automaticaly the forecast Costs?
OR I have to update the actual Costs and P3 calculate the forcast progress.
Is there any possibilities to keep the progress on 0% (Project start day), and make this job?
Your help will be appreciated.
