Hi friends,
After the revision of a running Project it is found that the finish date delayed by one month.
I want to bring it back to the previous date.How can I make it back to the original date.
IF any increase in working hours can be bring any changes to that delay..or any other ways
can we adjust it..even after putting the must finish also it is showing delay..

Our construction crews have switched calendars mid project.
The original calendar was a Monday-Friday 8hr/day calendar.
The new Calendar is a 9/80
For those not familiar with a 9/80:
Week 1 Monday - Thursday 9hrs, Friday 8hrs and on
Week 2 Monday - Thursday 9hrs with Friday being a non work day.
My question pertains to how do I go about setting this calendar up in my project.
I will need to apply it to my remaining activities only.
I have created a calendar to modify, however, I get stuck on filling in the Time P

Hi All,
I have develop the project schedule as per the scope of works, This schedule is submit to client for approval.
but a lot of changes it is already gone up to rev-10 and still not approved, the construction works is ongoing 6 month delay.
Any advise please.

I just arrived on a project where they are using P6 8.0.
As I only have 7.1 on my machine the planner exported a xer file in 7.1 so i could view the schedule.
When i do a resource report there are some discrepancies.
If i run RA-01 Resource Assignments report in certain cells the figures will be staggered. e.g the description will be in the planned units cell the planned units in the planned start cell etc.
Any ideas why this may be happening?
