Hi,
I want to assign a new resoure an activity. Can i know why it will changed my budgetted unit? I can see my budgetted Activity Cost is 395050 but when i assign a new resource, it splitted or share my bugeted unit.
How do i prevent this from happend when i assign a new resource?

I have created an integrated schedule with LOEs from Start and Finish Milestones in individual projects (a total of 35) by externally linking the LOE in the integrated schedule with the milestones in the individual projects.
I can not login to succesfully installed P6 PPM on windows 10 Pro desktop computer.
If wrong credentials are entered on login page of P6, it says “Invalid user name or password. Please try again”. If correct credentials are entered, it says “You are not authorized to run the application. Please contact your administrator.”.

I know pontos means points. There is a different HH for manhours. But also under resouces is "pontos". I don't know if I should count them towards hours, or if they are Indirect hours? If I leave them in the rate seems too high, if I remove them the rate seems too low. Any ideas?

Can i know if i assign the cost correctly in P6?
I am assignning a fixed price lump sum to my activities.
Firstly, i set the labour budgetted unit to $1/day
I then, i set the budgeted unit to 43,750.00 so my cost for that activity is £43,750.00.
With this method, i can use the histograme to see my cost and when i progress the activities, i can see the remaining cost, budgetted cost and actual cost.

In order to do that, i think i need to create a filter that shows all the activities with no baseline but i cannot find a solution.
How do i create a filter that show all the activities with no baseline?

Hello every body, I am new to this forum. I have a question regarding currency of a project. I work in Public Sector Organization where we have to use both currencies (Local and Foreign) but in P6 i can use only conversion and showing the one currency at a time. Can we show two or more currencies for a Project in Primavera P6.
Why ,at completion cost is different from budgeted total cost .
