Is there a way to zoom (increase size) of primavera (other than change computer default font). Like to be able to hit cntl + and have it work or whatever the common commands are? There is a +/- but that only effects the timescale.

I tried copying the resource assignment from P6 to excel, when i do this the units dont get copied across and the date column dates back to 1990 and my projects starts in 2020.
Not sure what am doing wrong.

Hello all,
My site was shutdown on the 24-Mar-20 due to Corona virus.
However, my subcontractors returned to site at different time.
Some of them returned on 15-Jun-20, some returned on 29-Jun-20, some on 22-Jun-20 and some on 03-Aug-20.
My commercial team want to see the bars discontinue at these dates for different subcontractors. I have applied all the different calenders to each subcontractors.
How do i show the splitted between those actities?

I need to change my relationship from FS to SS. When I try to do this via excel P6 keeps the FS relation. How can I remove the FS relations when I import the excel file. I want only SS relations.

Is there a way by which the Activity Bar which didnt meet the Basline Date can be highlighted in a different colour Say like Orange.
Red coloured bar is critical activity, but I would like to show activities which hasnt met the baseline date in Yellow.
Any chance ?

I am using P6.18.8.0 version.
When I export it in XER format, the baseline is not been exported.
when I export in XML format again the baseline is not exported.
Any solution to this.

Hello,
I am trying to update a baseline using the "Update" button in the "Maintain Baselines" window. I am working on a project that will have multiple bid packages over the length of the project and the owner wants to use earned value management. I do not want to restore the baseline each time activities are added because I am concerned about human error when making the relationships between the new activities and old activities in the baseline match the relationships in the schedule. It has also been recommended that making a new schedule for each bid package would not be wise.
