I have activities with resources, each Labour resource has its own Price/Unit, Max Units /Time is 100%, I have set Duration Type to Fixed Unit per Time because if I have to change the duration of the Activity I want to change as well the budgeted units.
I would like to automatically link the Budgted cost with budgeted Units as I have the cost per Unit and the Number of Budgeted Unit.
Ex: Duration is 10 days -> Working hours per day is 10 so I enter 100 Budgeted Unit

Performance percentage completion: On updating the P6 Program of works monthly (Jan 2017 to Feb 2017)overall percentage completion (Performance Pct Complete ) found to be decreased ,is there any reason behind it?

Estimate to Complete (ETC) values are not changing when I'm changing its calculation criteria under the WBS Earned Value settings.
Following are the settings of my programme in P6
1) Duration type: Fixed duration and units
2) Percent complete type: Physical
3) Cost is assigned via labour resource.
Please help.

Hello All,
I have had this issue on multiple projects and was wondering if this was a flaw in P6.
Whenever I apply the SF link, the link pulls the successor into non-working period. Here is how the 3 activties are linked.
Activity A <---- Milestone B ----> Activity C
