i have created a LOEF activity for rented non labor resource for a certain number of activities.
i have created a base line for my plan.During the progress my plan shown a certain delay ,there for the gant bar of activities and baseline are no longer superimposed,but instead to see the bar of level of effort linked to the actual activities ,i see the bar of level of effort is linked to the last bar of the baseline.what is wrong in the begining.
Please some one can explain me How to calculate cost for non labour resources assigned to all the project with a given price/day.
cost should be calculated even for the non worked day(week end).

Please tell me about the requirements of doing planning of a construction projects. I mean if we have to do planning of a construction project (lets say Hospital project) what documents or input we need at this stage to start planning from scratch?
And how much time it takes to complete planning for the whole project and who/how many people's are involved in this during planning phase?
