In your video number (2), you exported the Schedule from Primavera in Excel file format, and it contained the following columns:
The Breakdown Structure Name column (WBS - Name) didn't appear, and the file name was (OH-xlsx).
Two files appear here:
What is a file (OH-xlsx.)? And file (OH-Data.xlsx.).
In the Video No. (03.3). You used (Transform Data).
The table below shows the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) name. Where did this table come from? Because the Excel table export from Primavera did not contain the WBS name.
This Excel table contains the name of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS-Name). Where did this table come from, and how can it be added to Power PI?
- Pie Chart Problem:
When I Open the Visual Pie Chart in Power BI, the Phase and Work values are displayed incorrectly in My Report:
While the correct presentation of the stages and work, as appeared in video number (03.4), is as follows:
What is the reason? and how to fix it.
- Hierarchy Problem:
When using the visual hierarchy diagram, it should appear as per your computer screen as follows, according to your videos related to the "Easiest way to Create Power BI and Excel Dashboards”, based on Power Bi course:
Unfortunately, it appears this way even after adding the stages and the work on it:
This visual it is first arranged incorrectly, and second, it does not display all the phases and all parts of the work together.
When I try to remove the empty sections from the work area, this visual layout look like this:
