My roles & responsibilities involve planning, and monitoring on project execution, resource, and contract management as per following:
• Strategic planning which includes setting up project goals, identifying project
deliverables, setting up project milestones and develop projects tasks.
• Resource planning that includes establishes responsibility matrix and man-hour loading
for labor resource and strategize requirement and requisition plan for non-labor
resource.
• Establish and execute procedures and guideline for contractual management throughout the
whole projects.
• Provide high-level gate-keeping for resource document received from client (PFD, UFD,
P&ID, drawings, reports etc) before the analysis begins.
• Establish control measure of the work document and worksheet during the analysis.
• Provide secondary review on all deliverables before being submitted to the client.
• Maintain all technical queries related to the project and ensure all issue raised is
resolved.
• Monitor overall project progress and re-evaluate plan based on potential showstopper and
changes of the project.
