 I am involve in the 2.5 MTPA expansion project of SAIL -ISP ,Burnpur since concept stage  to    post commissioning   and looking after the following 

Design sepuer vision.

Project planning and monitoring ,

Scheduling

Estimation of Cost

Teaming  resources and Analysis

Resouce leveling

Tracking  progress

Reporting 

 Meeting with client and contractor

My roles & responsibilities involve planning, and monitoring on project execution, resource, and contract management as per following:

• Strategic planning which includes setting up project goals, identifying project
deliverables, setting up project milestones and develop projects tasks.
• Resource planning that includes establishes responsibility matrix and man-hour loading
for labor resource and strategize requirement and requisition plan for non-labor
resource.
• Establish and execute procedures and guideline for contractual management throughout the
whole projects.

* To Supervise, coordinate and perform professional engineering work in the design and construction of swimming pool and landscaping.* To Review plans, specifications, cost estimates, and other work for accuracy, presentation, and conformance with established engineering practices.
