· Prepare the master schedule, area & department L4 schedule.
· Control the schedule & covering up the delays with catch up schedule.
· Progress Monitoring & Maintain Baseline schedule.
· Time to time visit the site to check the progress.
· Organize & Join regular progress review meeting with sub cons & with all departments.
· Coordination between all departments (ME, EE, IC, CV, BD, Design & Procurement) for preventing the any types of delays in schedule.
· Preparing Labor histogram, S Curve etc.
· Quantity Estimation & Costing.
· Control & Maintain the log sheet for all documents, Letters & drawings.
Prepare & Maintain several types of reports & Control Logs.
