- Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.

• Timely preparation and issue reports  
• Analysis schedule & cost trends and produce regular forecasts of schedule & cost performance and issues for project review
• Liaise with Project Planning Engineer on analysis of project status.
• Review the impact of cost and schedule changes upon each other
• Identify and analyze deviations and trends against the budgets.
• Investigate such deviations with the relevant group and advise Project Controls Manager of issues 

Worked as project control engineer in 600T/Day textile grade PET plant of New Fengming Corporation Limited from Aug 2011 to Jun 2012, Songyuan Qianyuan Energy LNG project from Feb 2012 to Jun 2014, Yuanba Gas field nature gas storage and peak-shaving project from Mar 2014 to Jun 2015, Chengold PET project from Mar 2015 to present and Russia Safpet project from Jun 2016 to present.

In charge of the additional works

Responsible of man-hours and equipment monitoring and control, daily progress and

performance reports, weekly and monthly progress report. From November 2000 I leaded theproject control team formed by 3 persons to scheduling, cost monitoring and reporting

Development and implementation of Physical Progress Tracking System (SCAF) for Contruction stage

Prepara and update project schedules, progress measurement systems, schedule trackers and fee plans.
