·         Prepare the master schedule, area & department L4 schedule.

·         Control the schedule & covering up the delays with catch up schedule.

·         Progress Monitoring & Maintain Baseline schedule.

·         Time to time visit the site to check the progress.

• Preparation of Reports such as Internal and External by weekly and Monthly Basis and submitting to Owner.
• Prepare and update of Above Ground Piping daily backlog with help of Piping Lead and Preparing piping daily backlog s curve.
• Preparing One week look a head Deliverable list.
• Prepare and Updating Construction Key quantity Completion Status on time base.
• Prepare and Update of System wise Construction, Pre com, Turnover progress
• Preparation of PHU Progress
• Prepare and Update of EPC S-curves and submit to Owner whenever required.
