- Develop realistic programs up to Work Breakdown Structure level IV
- Produce Master procurement schedule / drawing schedules / Material submittal registers / Work inspection registers
- Resource / Cost loading & Tracking
- Leveling resources to achieve maximize productivity
- Develop Manpower Histogram and resources forecast curves.
- Knowledge in FIDIC clauses
- Able to handle Civil / Fit-out Works
- Track and report progress achieved on bi-weekly / monthly basis
- Attend Progress review meetings with client / consultant
- Load Quantities and monitor Key Project Indicators (KPI’s)
- Report access / construction delay’s
