Later commissioned to write a program in excel to use in the bidding of the US embassy compounds construction works. Producing tender programmes, developing and monitoring contract programmes, providing data for progress reports and information on variations to establish Extensions of Time.  Ensuring projects comply with both contractual and company requirements for planning.  Projects range from wastewater treatment works for water companies  to civils infrastructure projects for the Highways Agency and County Councils and to sea and river defence projects for the Environment Agency.
