• Produce Master procurement schedule / drawing schedules / Material submittal registers / Work inspection registers
• Resource / Cost loading & Tracking
• Leveling resources to achieve maximize productivity
• Develop Manpower Histogram and resources forecast curves.
• Knowledge in FIDIC clauses
• Able to handle Civil / Fit-out Works
• Track and report progress achieved on bi-weekly / monthly basis
• Attend Progress review meetings with client / consu
