I am responsible for project controls of all M&E services deliverables of T2A Project in Heathrow Airport.  My client is the M&E Delivery Lead of Heathrow Airport Limited.  I produce periodic & monthly control management reports to the client, to reflect main contractor’s delivery and cost performance.  This is by validating progresses via regularly attending and influencing various deliveries / interface meetings and to ensure that not only contractors and sub-contractors are working to the delivery target deadlines but working in this busy environment whilst over 100 trades are working under the same roof, that interfaces are co-ordinated efficiently without jeopardising site safety.
