Retired Project Planner after 30 years plus planning experience with P6 and MS Project

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.     Part of the  program management team

2.     Assigned to  the major packages of the airport projects such as but not limited to Passenger Terminal Complex, Airfield Infrastructures and Landside Infrastructures.

3.     Leads and manages planners and schedulers to ensure smooth delivery of works at all phases of project lifecycle.

4.     Assume overall responsibilities of overall project planning, scheduling development and maintenance.

• Prepared and maintained Airport Modernization Program - Master Integrated Program/Schedule;

• Probabilistic Planning;
• Reviewed and analyzed Project and Consultant’s KPI’s;
• Reviewed Contractor’s Baseline, Updated, Recovery and Revised Programs and reports;
• Prepared master critical path type and time scaled overall schedules;
• Prepared plans and master schedules, interface management programs, status reports and performance evaluations;
• Analyzed and/or reviews progress reports against the schedule;

•       Assisted the Planning Manager in preparation of Extension of Time Recommendation Reports to the Client.

•       Reviewed and evaluate the Contractor’s master schedule updated periodically using Primavera 6.0.

•       Analyzed schedule performance of the project and discusses corrective actions when required
