Main projects include: Structural elements in reinforced concrete and steel structure, storm water and sewage drainage, infrastructure and roadways.

• Prepare FEED & Detailed Engineering project schedule including major milestones, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), list of deliverables, manhours loading, progress S-curve, critical activities, subcontracting plan and material procurement in CPM using Primavera P6 R8.3. • Monitor the ongoing projects and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including Project Delay Analysis and Earned Value Analysis. Generate reports on Earned, Spent, Forecast, Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). Highlight the major achievements and issues to the Project Manager.

• Reviewing and improving the EVM Performance of the Defence Unit of Sperry Marine
• Developing a mature Project Controls organisation
• Grwoing the utilisation of the Schedule within the SM portfolio of projects
• SME for EVM and Scheduling.
• Ensuring quality is at the centre of the PPCF functions outputs

EVM Consultant

Design, document and implement an Earned Value Management System for a Defense Contractor new to Earned Value Management, to ensure compliance with contract requirements, policies, and procedures as well as the industry standard EIA-748 Earned Value Management System guidelines, with a focus on efficient implementation to enable project success.
