Main projects include: Structural elements in reinforced concrete and steel structure, storm water and sewage drainage, infrastructure and roadways.
• Prepare FEED & Detailed Engineering project schedule including major milestones, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), list of deliverables, manhours loading, progress S-curve, critical activities, subcontracting plan and material procurement in CPM using Primavera P6 R8.3. • Monitor the ongoing projects and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including Project Delay Analysis and Earned Value Analysis. Generate reports on Earned, Spent, Forecast, Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). Highlight the major achievements and issues to the Project Manager.
