- Planned, managed and brought assigned projects to a successful close within budget and on schedule from the planning stage through implementation, testing and reporting.
- Projects included IT software development, major process improvement, mill revamping, major equipment modifications, ranging in duration from 4 weeks to 3 years.
- Process Improvement projects utilized the Six Sigma methodology (Lean, DMAIC, DMADV, etc) with a minimum savings of $100K per project.
- Job Duties:

- develop full scale project plans, including risk mitgation strategies
- manage project budget and resource allocation
- plan and schedule project timelines
- track project deliverables using appropriate tools

- monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
