  • Planned, managed and brought assigned projects to a successful close within budget and on schedule from the planning stage through implementation, testing and reporting.
  • Projects included IT software development, major process improvement, mill revamping, major equipment modifications, ranging in duration from 4 weeks to 3 years. 
  • Process Improvement projects utilized the Six Sigma methodology (Lean, DMAIC, DMADV, etc) with a minimum savings of $100K per project.

    • lead the planning and implementation of project

    • define project tasks and resource requirements
    • develop full scale project plans, including risk mitgation strategies
    • manage project budget and resource allocation
    • plan and schedule project timelines
    • track project deliverables using appropriate tools
    • provide direction and support to the project team
    • monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
    • present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
    • implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
