• Planned, managed and brought assigned projects to a successful close within budget and on schedule from the planning stage through implementation, testing and reporting.
• Projects included IT software development, major process improvement, mill revamping, major equipment modifications, ranging in duration from 4 weeks to 3 years. 
• Process Improvement projects utilized the Six Sigma methodology (Lean, DMAIC, DMADV, etc) with a minimum savings of $100K per project.

Forecast, plan, and manage raw material needs for production of steel with involvement in the business and production planning process.

• Responsible for all financial matters for two mid-sized steel framing construction/manufacturing companies (totaling $60 million) that USS-POSCO had shareholder interests in.
• Work with Project Managers and Schedulers to incorporate Project Management Methodology into bids and schedules for new projects.
