Employed as Lead EPC Planner overseeing three major packages (projects) on the Eskom Kusile Power Station. (LSTK Project)
Implementing project control system, including POP (Procurement Operating Plan) & EOP (Expediting Operating Plan).
Developing the EPC Schedule to provide an object orientated WBS, on a fully resource and cost loaded schedule. Progress performance and analysis reporting, including, S-curves and progress reports. Supervise, manage & mentor two Planners working under me.
All the normal planning, scheduling and project control requirements needed for managing a mega project.
Currently at end of Eng Design Phase (97, 928 manhours) and going into Construction Phase.
