I currently perform the role of a Senior Planning Consultant for a specilist project Planning consultancy called Evra Consulting.

I occupy a role which involves business development and plannig supervison. 

EVRA COnsultancy offers planning services primariliy in the Construction, Power and Infrastructure. Inaddidtion to this the firm specializes in Forensic Planning services. 

Using the programme for construction progress monitoring, identifying potential problems, identifying the critical activities, near critical activities and working with the contractor to close deviations..  Preparing and maintaining construction schedules including development of critical path, project float and building as built schedules having taken into consideration all delays experienced.

Employed as Lead EPC Planner overseeing three major packages (projects) on the Eskom Kusile Power Station. (LSTK Project)

Implementing project control system, including POP (Procurement Operating Plan) & EOP (Expediting Operating Plan).

Developing the EPC Schedule to provide an object orientated WBS, on a fully resource and cost loaded schedule. Progress performance and analysis reporting, including, S-curves and progress reports. Supervise, manage & mentor two Planners working under me.
