Project Planning Manager, Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited, Culture Centre and Columbarium

Responsible for:

- Establish different levels of details for baseline programme

- Coordinated design deliverable schedule with designer

- Monitor the flow of design, procurement, submission & approval, lead time for fabrication, installation and T&C

- Agreed with the client what major activities should be measured, monitored and reported as KPI

- Advised planned resource and monitoring in weekly basis

- Scheduled date for the deliveries of client’s procured Medical Equipment.
