Develop and maintain detailed resource loaded schedules and provide weekly schedule updates. Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, baseline, status and perform measurement baselines. Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports, Gantt, Milestones, Charts, Histograms and S-Curves and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near task work, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances and to support cost/schedule integration. Gather and analyze information

• Reviewing preliminary construction drawings such as, architectural, and structural drawings, and identifying the scope of work by reviewing specifications and attending walkthroughs on work sites.
• To estimate and manage civil and engineering projects, primarily in the industrial and commercial infrastructure sector.
• Performing accurate quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam software and creating a cost estimation of the projects based on scope of work.

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

As the Managing Director’s direct report, my duties and responsibilities included:

• Built the program planning structure including, workstreams schedules with interdependencies and integrated plan for SAP S/4 HANA solution implementation and relevant dependency projects.
• Provided reporting framework for the SAP program and contributed in developing governance model of the projects including deliverables, resources, benefits, risk, issue, actions, decisions and changes registry, tracking and monitoring, phase gate QA and EV based progress measurement.
