EPC Deputy Manager and Planning Manager

Responsible for all projects coordination as delegated by the EPC department manager.

Leading a team of planner in several projects in all phases (offer, detail, execution, closing) .

Projects ranging from Oil and Gas to Power plants, Hidrogen, etc.

Projects location in Canada, Portugal, Lybia, however managed from Lisbon (Portugal)

• Managing and leading the team of planners.
• Preparing level 1,2,3,4 & 5 programs along with Schedule basis memorandum, progress measurement procedure, organization chart and logistical plans.
• Reviewing the baseline Program, S-curves, Manpower Histogram, Cash Flows, etc.

Assigned project planner in Acesss road section consisting of the road, drainage system, electrical lines, telephone lines and reclamation works. the project Port Develeopment Project under Japanese consortium.

Development of sequential drawings indicating the works on each area and their duration, to proceed to the next phase.
