I have a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB). Over the past 25 years I have gained considerable experience mainly as a planning engineer working for consultants and contractors. Over recent years I have been mainly involved in forensic analysis for disputes but I also have considerable experience as a planning manager during tendering and construction.
