Extensive experience within Project Services/Project Controls, on International and Domestic projects. Experience gained within the Contracts and Commercial, Planning, Scheduling, Cost control, Risk Management, requirements of projects from ITT, bid and negotiation stage through design, installation and hook-up phases commissioning. Understanding of project financial and schedule performance measurements and forecasts. Development of Customer relationship and Project team environment. Provide project management leadership as well as functional and technical expertise in the feed, FID, design, installation, development and execution of project management and control methods for a variety of project types (E&P, EPC, EPIC, EPCC - Lump Sum, Schedule of Rates, GMP and Reimbursable).
