Contractor's Delay from 30 Oct 2016 to 30 April 2017

Client's Delay from 30 Jun 2016 to 30 Mar 2017.

Is it a concurrent delay?

if you hand draw this on paper it will be crystal clear

There are 2 parts attributal to the contractor delays. The Contractor Delay #1 is from June 30, 2016 to October 29,2016. The concurrent portion of the delay is from October 30, 2016 to March 30, 2017. The Contractor Delay #2 is from April 1, 2017 to April 30, 2017

Hi Dimple,

Ya it is Concurrent delay.

So you can apply LD for a Duration of Contractor Finish Date - Client Delay Impact Date = 30 April 17 - 30 Mar 17 = 30 Days.

Mike would be able to answer it much better.

Regards

Jithin
