I have one question about the actual duratin in MS project-2003. I am using 24 hous calander for my prject. when i updated my actual duration E.g. 10 hrs then in project summary it shows only 2.41 hrs. similiarlr when 20 hrs it appears 4.83. I cannot understand why in summary it comes only nearly one fourth duration

I have seen the Video. That is for Task summry not for the Project summary. I can do also for the task summary but cannot for the project summary. If any other method you have please reply me

It is the summary and not editable. please suggest how can i edit it.
Click where you see None (at Summary Task) and change it to 24 hrs calendar and let me know.

In my project Calculation mode is automatic and calendar in Task information & project infromatin is same i.e 24 hous.

Where the calendars different?
If different and you changed the calendar did you run a schedule run?
I use MS Project rarely but because use MS Project 2010 I setup all task mode in automatic.

Try inserting a column to display Task Calendar, if it differs at a Summary Bar change it to 24 hours and let us know what happened.

Hello Kumar,
please check how the 24h calendar is being applied in your project; I suspect this calendar was applied to subsidiary tasks (Task Information) and not to the project itself (Project Information)
