Confusion in Negative Lag

Hi to all,

 

I am scheduling for infrastructure project. I startd my Project from 01-07-2010 and finish date is 12-01-2011.

i linked each & every activities but i m unable to define critical path. at last my lag is coming (-1).

even i m finishing my project on 12-01-2011.

i dont know how is coming i am facing this problem 1st time.

pls give me any solution ..

hi,

   I think the reason is the same with "Maybe the “must finish” date is set up for early in the morning while projected finish is for the same date late in the evening."

  Pls confirm it by showing the hours of date.

but i m changing date of must finish it is still showing minus lag (-1).

Dont worry khan,

you have to change the must finish date of the project

that's why I think the total float =-1
