I agree. Besides crews depend not only on the orientation but also on organization. Different companies use differenet crews on different sites. But still it is necessary to indicate which resource is driving.
We prefer to use not manhours per square meter but square meters per manhour. It is easier to use because in this case productivity of the crew can be calculated as the sum of th crew driving resource productivities. Easier to calculate. Though it does not matter much because calculations are made by computer.
