Overseeing the planning, programming and progress / productivity reporting on projects undertaken by the North West region of NG Bailey, including managing four planners and a co-ordinator.
1. JORDAN VALLEY SITE DEVELOPMENT Project in Hong Kong. It compasses a 1 Million cu.m. Rock Blasting/Excavation and built the longest Rock Conveyor, new roads and subway tunnels.
2. KCRC SOUTERN LINK RAILWAY TUNNEL (KDB300 & 200). More than 2 km floating railway tunnel construction using open-cut excavation, massive diaphragm, bored piles, secant walls, temporary sheet pile cofferdams, ground freezing, sophisticated ground investigation and instrumentations. In-charge of the tendering package and the project construction baseline.

CASINO RESORT featuring 2000 hotel rooms and an underwater themed gambling casino.
A joint venture project (Leighton-China State-John Holland JV) for the design & build of:
4 nos. of luxury HOTELS
Casino & Retails:
In Charge of all strategic Planning for the 10 Billion Dhs Development of Downtown Jebel Ali by Limitless [a sister company of Nakheel], it comprises the building of a 200 multi-storey mixed use Towers, 7 District Cooling Plant, 7 Substations (132 kv), 4 Metro Stations and 7 Plazas over the next 5 years, as well as the coordination between Towers Constructions and the Infrastructure work from Design Procurement phases to handover stage.
