• Developing project master plans in order to meet overall requirements of the client with Primavera P6 and implement Earned Value system to reflect project progress status.
• Monitors the status of projects and ensuring that baseline schedule milestones are achieved.
• Identifies slippages, and reasons and communicates them effectively to PMO.

• Prepare Dashboard reports and present them for Construction Management team.
• Document control and provide design management reports
• Assist in implementation of Project Management System (Time, Cost, Procurement) based PMBOK 2004
• Supervision of sub-contractors- Provide BOQ- Shop Drawing by CAD

• Scenario planning and optimisation of programme, outputs, risk and opportunities
• Responsible for the production of the overall Global vessel schedule, supporting the requirements of Commercial, Project and Operations and Offshore Resource functions.
• Regularly reviewing and verify the quality of inputs from prospects/tenders/firm work by country planners

Master Schedules, Business Plans, Integrated Schedules / Baseline Plans, Critical Path Analysis, EVA for Brown Field & Green Field Scope.  Supervising Contractors’ Planners.  Review/validate Planning & Progress reports.   Develop and police the planning and progress monitoring procedures, Monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses.  Review VOWD reports, Cost Reports, and KPIs.

Integrated Asset Plans for all CNRI UK offshore platforms, Shutdown & Project Plans, Business / Strategic Plans, KPI Reports, S Curves, Histograms, Progress reports.Review, Validate & Intergrate Contractor schedules into the Integrated Plan. POB Forecast at Strategic /Tactical, 6Q, 90 Day and 28 Day levels. Planning & Progress Meetings with stakeholders, What-if Scenarios. Liase with Senior Project and Discipline Engineers and different departments. Risk analysis workshops for major projects. Manage the interface between the Planning Tools (P6, MSP  & Maximo).

ORA TAR Planning with IAP for FCP Majnoon Oil Field with Shell E & P. Review, validate  and integrate BF & GF Contractor Schedules, What-if Scenarios, Deliverables,  SIMOPs, Progress & Performance reports, Earned Value Analysis,  S Curves, Histograms, Progress reports for FCP Operation Readiness and Assurance shutdown Programs.
