ORA TAR Planning with IAP for FCP Majnoon Oil Field with Shell E & P. Review, validate and integrate BF & GF Contractor Schedules, What-if Scenarios, Deliverables, SIMOPs, Progress & Performance reports, Earned Value Analysis, S Curves, Histograms, Progress reports for FCP Operation Readiness and Assurance shutdown Programs. Coordinate & develop schedules for GF (CPF) & BF Tie-ins, Degassing Stations, Wells Work overs, Isolations during shutdown program. Liase with Project Services, Wells, Operations, Maintenance, Projects divisions within Shell & SOC. SAP & CMMS interfaces /integration for FCP readiness
