Master Schedules, Business Plans, Integrated Schedules / Baseline Plans, Critical Path Analysis, EVA for Brown Field & Green Field Scope.  Supervising Contractors’ Planners.  Review/validate Planning & Progress reports.   Develop and police the planning and progress monitoring procedures, Monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses.  Review VOWD reports, Cost Reports, and KPIs.  Audit Contractor’s Schedules & Procedures.  Execute & manage interfaces with stakeholders.   Schedule Risk Analysis, Contribute to the development of contract strategies documents and project’s risk profiles utilizing the Shell standard tools and processes. Develop and implement status-reporting framework, Project Dash Boards : S Curves, Histograms, Progress reports & Earned Value Analysis. Contractor’s Claim (Extension of Time) Analysis.
