I have been scheduling and estimating for contracting and engineering firms associated with the Industrial market since 2011.

Experience in deploying Integrated Activity Planning Solutions for the E&P industry to assure that E&P companies create optimum and feasible activity plans, respecting multiple constraints (people, material, equipment).

Aspects like maximum POB, number of rigs and their availability, available manhours for the various engineering delivering the front end loading of the activities, number of core crew crafts, budget capex, budget opex, etc. are all considered (simultaneously) when generating the daily schedule.
