1. Cost and Planning Engineering Analyst – Gorgon Expansion Project

·       Development of the Downstream Cost Model for the proposed Expansion Project, which would take the project beyond the years 2009 until 2020.

1. Pluto Onshore

·       Provided Planning / Project Controls support

·       Carried out Schedule Reviews and Risk Analysis during the critical construction phase of the Pluto Foundation Project. Conducted Causation and Delay Analysis.

·       Development of Resource Histograms, ‘S’ Curves

·       Provided a detailed Schedule and Risk Analysis, including final report, on behalf of Wood Group PSN for the Woodside KGP KLE Integrated Marine Campaign. The schedule is critical in order to interface maintenance works with the ongoing daily business activities. Scope included the Material Loading Arms, Fenders, Rope Rails, Gangways, Ladders and Boat Landing for Berths 1 & 3).

Head of PMO at Wien Energie, responsible for the development of internal project and program management standards. Working as an internal consultant to improve company's project management maturity level with main focus on capital projects in the area of renewable energy, maintenance and technical amendment. Coaching of project management staff, in particualat in resolving project issues, claims, scheduling and cost control.

Establish and maintain company wide project management education and development programs for project managers, project owners and project team members.
