• Project Controls Manager, EPCM contract- STPC Petrochemical PET & PTA Plants. Project’s Capital Budget: $450 million. Managed the project planning team in both worksite and head office. Project planning, cost controls, variations and claims management, coordination of engineering and construction contractors, project updates and reporting.

• Project Controls Manager, EPCM contract- Esfahan Oil Refinery Co. Project’s Capital value: $110 million

• Planning & controls Engineer, Miduk Copper Concentration Plant - Procurement Management Project.

Project controls and planning manager for general civil construction works at Sanandaj combined cycle power plant. Works include 46000m2 power generation, storage tanks, access roads, landscaping, industrial and admin buildings.

Planning and controls of reliability, shut down and maintenance operations at the various plants of the refinery including project scope definition, estimating, procurement planning, resource comntrol, reporting and progress tracking.

My Daily duties have me working on around 50 programmes split between 4 delivery engineers. I am responsible for critical path reporting, updating the programmes with the information from the delivery engineers, cost loading and keeping track of any and all costs associated with the programme by way of forecasting, accruing and actualising costs in line with information gathered from our team of QS's.
