Seconded to the NMPP in South Africa as Project Planning Manager.
Key responsibilities were:
· Leading the Project Planning Team, consisting of a Lead Planner, four Senior Planners and one Junior Planner
· Preparation of all Progress Reports and Narratives for the Monthly Report and Steering Committee Meetings
· Development of Resource Histograms, ‘S’ Curves
· Earned Value Analysis
· Change Management
· Disruption and Causation Analysis
· Reporting of Progress/Performance Data to Project Management Team
· Forensics (Delay Analysis investigation and reporting)
· Project Recovery and Acceleration
· Contracts Management
· Development of the Integrated Master Schedule
· Co-ordination of the Risk Analysis Process
· Review of progress data with engineering contractors, suppliers and construction contractors
