·       Developed the Work Breakdown Structure, determined appropriate cost codes and allocated budgets in line with the approved Work Estimate.

·       Monitored and reported costs associated with the project and made adjustments as contract variations occurred and forecast costs changed.

·       Ensured correct coding of costs as commitments were made and that costs were compared to budget. 

·       Updated forecasting information to ensure that the monthly histograms, S-Curves and reports were timely and accurate.

·       Prepared the monthly and quarterly Project Management Reports in conjunction with the Accounts Dept and Project Manager, for presentation to the head office in Paris.
