Planning and scheduling by using Primavera P6.2. Preparing resource loaded schedule contains more than 3,000 activities. Reporting status of progress, man hour and resource weekly and monthly.

•Damiatta LNG project (Client is SEGAS) (Egypt) (50 Million Euro)

•Arabian Gas pipeline (Client is Fajr Co.) ( Jordanian kingdom ) ( 393 km , 36” ) (99 million $).

•Extension of Arabian Gas pipeline (Client is Fajr Co.) ( Jordanian kingdom )( 143 km , 20” )(51 million $).

•Compressor Gas station (Client is Fajr Co.) ( Jordanian kingdom ) (13.3 million $).

•Shrarah – Mellita crude oil pipeline (Client is Agip Co.) ( Libya ) ( 725 km , 30” ) (90 million Euro).

PROCESS & PETROCHEM PLANNING EXPERIENCE WORLD-WIDE



1985-86 National Coal Board Coal Liquefaction Project - 4t/hr Pilot Plant. A pilot plant exploring a new process for the production of petroleum from coal. Produced a level 3 CPN, manhour & drawing control systems.

POWER PROJECT PLANNING EXPERIENCE WORLD-WIDE



July 2001 to Dec 2002. Elcho Combined Heat & Power Project, Chorzów, Poland. Retained by the Owner’s Engineer to provide advice on, and approval of, the Turnkey Contractor’s project programmes.



February 1999 to Jan 2000 Scottish & Southern Energy plc. Lerwick Power Station, Shetland. Provided programme management support in the development and monitoring of the Primavera maintenance and upgrade programmes for the Diesel/Gas station.

£43.5M Hawker Siddeley vs. Corby Power Ltd. High Court Queen’s Bench. Retained by Corby Power to provide technical support during defence preparation of a £43.5M litigation instituted by the turnkey contractor. Responsibilities included case project management, preparation of technical rebuttals, co-ordination of the technical & office-support teams, liaison with solicitors (Denton Hall) & counsel, attending interlocutory hearings, co-ordination and support of expert & fact witnesses, progress reporting, monitoring the case budget, co-ordination of discovery & case bundles.

Expert Witness-$600M Gasification & Combined Cycle Project, Sicily. UNCITRAL arbitration. Instructed by Clifford Chance, Paris, lawyers for the owner. Process plant producing synthetic gas and electrical power from a combined cycle power station. Produced a series of four expert reports opining on extension of time and programme matters. Gave evidence at the two-week hearing in Geneva, March 2001.

Expert Adviser, 90MW UK offshore wind farm. Instructed by Norton Rose, lawyers for the owner. Providing independent expert opinion for settlement negotiations on programme issues relating to manufacturing and installation delays.
